Ireland West Airport Knock (NOC)
Ground Transport and Car Parking

(Knock, Charlestown, County Mayo, Ireland, IE)

Transport options from Ireland West Airport Knock (NOC) include taxis, shuttle buses and buses. There are also two train stations that are located near the airport, which can be reached by bus or taxi. One rail station is situated in Claremorris, 31 km / 19 miles from the airport, and the other is in Ballyhaunis, 22 km / 13 miles away. Bus Eireann operates routes throughout all of Ireland.

The company also runs a shuttle bus service between the airport and Charlestown. Taxis are available from outside the terminal building. Visitors can also hire a car from one of several well-known car hire companies represented at the airport, making accessing surrounding cities easy.

General Parking Facilities

There is one large car park at Knock International Airport, which is easily accessible and is situated close to the terminal, being clearly signposted. The car park is only open during airport hours from 05:15 to 22:00 for security reasons, and offers around 1,150 spaces in total. It is usually easy to find available spaces within easy walking distance of the entrance.

Visitors should be sure to pay for parking inside the terminal, since they cannot pay at the exit barriers. There are plenty of spaces for disabled passengers inside the car park.
